What was the highlight of Rizzi Aquacharme Hotel & Spa
Not worth the money, bed bug bites
Spacious reception room and entrances, view of the mountains all around, park nearby, nice places to eat in the area around the hotel, polite staff
I woke up with bed-bug bites after the first night I slept in the hotel. The bathroom seemed not clean enough from the moment we arrived plus most facilities and especially the shower were old and uncomfortable. No easy use of the TV. There were not enough cutlery no matter the time we arrived at the breakfast buffet. The use of the spa facilities or even just the pool required extra cost.

near in Boario Terme
kitchen service. the staff in the restaurant is impolite and they are not approachable. we took our breakfast 22-05-2022 and it’s a bad day to start with. we stay here many times before but only this day we encountered those kind of waitresses.
